The Children's Chorus of Greater North Texas was born from a deep love for music and a commitment to nurturing young talent since 2004. As a lifelong music enthusiast and educator based in Sherman, Texas, Susan Matthews founded the chorus to provide children with exceptional choral singing, music theory lessons, and performance opportunities. Our Artistic Director, Heidi Scheibmeir, is dedicated to creating a supportive and enriching environment where every child can thrive musically. Her unique combination of expertise and passion ensures that each participant receives high-quality musical education and unforgettable experiences. We believe in the transformative power of music and are proud to share this journey with the wonderful families in our community. Together with CCGNT members, families and board members, we make beautiful harmonies and lasting memories.
